Following their open studio and artist talk, Jimi DePriest will present a Sunday afternoon workshop on SuperCollider—an open-source software environment and dynamic programming language used by musicians, artists, and researchers working with sound for audio synthesis and algorithmic composition. The 3-hour workshop is intended to provide participants with an introduction to the audio program ahead of producing a practical outcome.
