Audio-visual duo Black Zenith (Darren Moore and Brian O'Reilly - Singapore) investigate the intersecting points between electronic music, improvisation and abstract moving images. Integral to their work is the use of analogue modular synthesisers that generate live visuals through the transformation of audio signals into images. They are joined by Lindsay Vickery and Stuart James in a program of works fusing South Indian Konnokol rhythmic techniques, improvisation, alternative music controllers and the symbiotic relationship between sound and image.
