DESCRIPTION:Sounds for Palestine\nPresented by: Burnt Seed Records\, Dog Park Records\, Mystery & Wonder\, NoizeMaschin!!\, Outcome Unknown\, owls.place\, Sound Exploration Fremantle\, Tone List\, WWIM\n\nWe are coming together as a broad coalition of experimental music organisations and musicians in Boorloo\, rallying to stand in solidarity with victims of ten months of violence inflicted by Israel in the Gaza strip\, as well as the victims of escalating settler violence in the illegally occupied West Bank.\n\nWe acknowledge the illegality of Israel’s occupation of all parts of Palestine under international law and call on our community to do everything we can to support the freedom and self-determination of Palestinians.\n\nWe have brought together new one-off collaborative sets which draw on our strengths as diverse parts of a thriving experimental music scene to raise funds for those affected by the recent invasion of Gaza.\n\nTicket sales at the door will raise funds for Olive Kids and Sulala Animal Rescue (50/50).\n\nHome-cooked food available by donation. We are also pleased to be working with the Buffalo Club to stock the bar with an apartheid-free drinks menu.\n\nThere will also be other activities and information throughout the space including activities for kids and families.\n\nEnd the occupation\, stop the genocide and Free Palestine!\n\nLineup:\nBrain Location Service\nMel Hall\nPeaceNoize\nSound Exploration Friends\nTone List OrchestraPresented in Walyalup on Whadjuk Noongar boodja.\n\nDesign by Oliva Joi Rawlings (oli.svg)\n\n\nThis event will take place on the ground floor of the Buffalo Club\, which is wheelchair accessible. Under-18s can attend with a legal guardian. Alcohol will be served at the venue. Food will be available including diet-friendly options. Ventilation is limited (front and back door only\, no windows or air filters). The music may be very quiet and very loud at times and the space may be crowded. A quiet space will be set up at the back of the room\, though note the music will still be in earshot. No flashing lights or strobes will be used.
