Sonic Explorations in Experimental Meditation with Lesley Kaye and Sage Pbbbt

Join us for an enchanting journey into sound exploration and experimental meditation led by Lesley Kaye (Scientia) and Sage Pbbbt. Relax and transcend in a sonic space designed to elicit meditative states of consciousness.
Become immersed within synergies of resonating gongs, layers of throat singing, crystal and Tibetan bowls. An afternoon bathed in vibrant tapestries of sound waves.
Our aim is to provide a tranquil environment for relaxation and participants are invited to engage with the soundscape in any way that resonates with them, allowing the integration of voice and gentle instrumentation, to guide you on a journey of calm.
Venue: Richard Gill Auditorium WAAPA
Times: Arrive at 1.45pm for a 2.00pm start.
Cost: This event is free. A small donation is welcome.
***Please bring a yoga mat. Chairs are also available if you would prefer to sit. Wear warm and comfortable clothes. An eye mask and blanket are also recommended.
